Given the evolving nature of the pandemic, national and state guidelines change frequently, and I will update my website as necessary. I currently offer telehealth sessions (by phone or online videoconference) and face-to-face sessions with physical distancing, hand sanitiser, and regular cleaning.
Things you can do include:
- Wash your hands regularly with warm water and soap for 20-30 seconds (sing ‘happy birthday’ twice).

Encourage others to do it, too. It will work best if we all follow the rules. - Cover your mouth and nose with your arm when coughing or sneezing.

- Be kind and connect with your community. Use technology and be creative.
- Be thoughtful about how you structure your day, and the media you consume.
