Above all, please remember that calm breeds calm

COVID-19 is a serious public health concern, and it’s important we all work together to minimise the spread and impact of the novel coronavirus.

Things you can do include:
  1. Wash your hands regularly for 20-30 seconds (sing ‘happy birthday’ twice).
    See UNICEF guidelines about hand-washing
  2. Practice physical distancing.
Encourage others to do it, too.  It will work best if we all follow the rules.
  3. Cover your mouth and nose with your arm when coughing or sneezing.
  4. If you think you might be unwell, call a doctor or the Coronavirus Health Information Line (1800 020 080).
  5. Be kind and connect with your community. Use technology and be creative.
  6. Be thoughtful about how you structure your day, and the media you consume.

With regard to sessions with me:
Given the rapid and evolving nature of the pandemic national and state guidelines change frequently, and I will update my website as necessary. I currently offer telehealth sessions (by phone or online videoconference) and face-to-face sessions with physical distancing.
